The Strikers FC Program wrapped up it's 2011-12 season on a consistent note where each Striker FC Boys team advanced to the Round of 16 or better in their respective year end state tournaments as follows:

State Open Cup:

U 9  (04's) - Semi-Finals

U10's (02's) - Rd. of 16

U11's (01's) -  Rd. of 16

State National Cup:

U12's (00's) - Quarters

U13's ( 99's) - Rd. of 16

U14's (98's) - Rd. of 16

U15's (97's) - Rd. of 16

U16's (96's) - Rd. of 16

The Strikers FC Boys 98's (2012-13 U15's) are hosting open tryouts for all talented and dedicated players with a 1998 birthdate for the 2012-13 season. 

These training sessions will be held Monday May 14th and May 20th at Irvine Valley College and will commence promptly at 6:30 PM.

All successful candidates will have the opportunity to be considered to compete in the  prestigious 2013 Milk Cup in Ireland.

Director of Coaching Don Ebert will host the Strikers FC Annual Parent Meeting this Sunday at Mariners Church.

HIs presentation will commence promptly at 6PM and will conclude with an open forum to address any questions.

Mariners Church is located at 5001 Newport Coast Drive - Irvine.

Note that this particular meeting will be held on the second floor of the WORSHIP CENTER, directly above the cafe.

(For all of you old timers, note that this site is on the exact opposite side of the church complex of where our Striker FC events have historically been held)

Plan to park in the lot off of Newport Center Drive/Bonita Canyon.

Innovative Program is designed as a fun, age appropriate introduction to soccer geared to boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 10!

Chris Pontius (ISC Alumni Class of 2005 ) scored his first career hat trick to lead DC United to a 4 - 1 victory over the New York Red Bulls Sunday night.

Pontius scored twice before half time before adding his team leading fourth goal of the young MLS season just before the midway point of the second half.
